A solar loan and a full electric bill means your panels aren't covering what they should.
They went out of business or stopped calling back. We service systems from any installer.
Monitoring dropped or shows a fault code. Sometimes it's Wi-Fi, sometimes it's the inverter.
Some or all panels read zero. That usually points to an inverter, optimizer, or breaker.
Roof leak near the mounts, or a new roof coming? We handle panel removal and reinstall.
Output is lower each month. Shade, soiling, or failing parts — we find which one.
Cracked glass, loose or damaged wiring, hot spots, and storm and hail damage.
Fault codes, no lights, one of two inverters down, and replacements under warranty.

Long, hot summers and heavy humidity wear on inverters, wiring and seals. Hurricane season brings wind, hail and power outages that can knock a system offline or damage panels and mounts.
Hurricane-season wind and hail can crack panels, loosen mounts and trip systems offline after a power outage.
When monitoring drops, nobody gets an alert. A system can sit offline for months before the bill gives it away.
A tripped breaker or one failed part costs more the longer it sits — in lost production and in repairs.
Most solar systems shut off during a grid outage, even on a sunny day. Adding a battery lets your home keep running when the power goes out, and stores the solar you make during the day so you use it at night instead of buying it from the grid.
Keep essentials like the fridge, lights, Wi-Fi and medical devices running during storms and grid failures.
Store daytime solar and use it in the evening, so less of your power comes from the utility.
We check your inverter and recommend a battery that fits the system you already have.
How much a battery covers depends on its size, your usage and your utility plan. We'll show you the numbers for your home before you decide.
When a system goes down quietly, you keep paying the loan — and the utility picks up the rest. We find out where your solar is falling short.
Both payments keep coming.

We check panels, wiring, inverters or microinverters, optimizers, monitoring, and roof mounts.
You see what's wrong and what it costs. Nothing starts without your OK.
We make the repair, file any warranty claims, and confirm your system is producing again.

In most cases, yes. Some batteries connect on the AC side and work with nearly any system; others pair with a specific inverter brand. We check your equipment and recommend what fits.
It depends on the battery size and what you run. Most homes back up essentials like the fridge, lights, Wi-Fi and outlets; larger setups can cover more. We'll size it to what matters to you.
It can lower it by letting you use your own stored solar at night instead of buying grid power. How much depends on your system size, usage and utility plan — we'll walk you through your numbers first.
A system sized for your home should bring your bill down close to the utility's fixed charges. Anything above that is power your panels should be making. We compare your bill and solar payment against what NREL's PVWatts says your system should produce, and check for new loads like an EV or pool pump so you know whether it's a system problem or a usage change.
Not always. Offline monitoring doesn't lower production by itself, but it hides problems. Common causes: a new router or Wi-Fi password, or a cellular data plan that expired after 5–10 years. On Enphase systems every panel can read zero in the app while still producing, so we check the gateway lights and the meter before calling anything dead.
On systems with two inverters, losing about half the panels usually means one inverter or its circuit stopped, not the roof. Most fixes are a tripped breaker, a cleared fault, or an inverter replacement under warranty.
Scattered single panels at zero usually mean failed power optimizers (SolarEdge) or microinverters (Enphase). Those parts typically carry 25-year warranties, and we record the serial numbers for the claim.
It has stopped on a fault. Ground or isolation faults often come from water or damaged wiring on the roof after a storm. We read the code, find the cause, and file the warranty claim if the inverter is covered — SolarEdge inverters typically carry 12 years.
That means it has no AC power: a breaker or disconnect is off, or the inverter board has failed. We check the circuit first, then the inverter.
Resetting it once is fine. If it trips again, stop — that points to a ground fault or failing inverter and needs a technician.
Yes. Dust and pollen build-up and trees that have grown since install can noticeably lower production, especially in winter. We check both during the inspection.
String inverters usually last 10–15 years, so age alone makes failure likely. We check remaining warranty before quoting a replacement.
Yes, any brand, any age. Most of our customers come to us because their installer went out of business or stopped responding.
No. Certified repairs with approved parts keep your equipment warranty intact, and we help file manufacturer claims.
Most inspections take 60–90 minutes. Someone 18+ should be home so we can reach the electrical panel and inverter.
So we can confirm a technician for your time. Need a later date? Leave your email and we'll reach out.
Rain handles most dirt, but pollen season, construction dust and bird droppings can build up. A check once or twice a year is usually enough; we'll tell you during the inspection whether a cleaning is worth it.

Yes. We inspect for cracked panels, loose mounts and wiring damage, document it with photos for your insurance or warranty claim, and make the repairs.
